Digital Products (E-Books, Lash Maps, Guides, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. If you experience any issues accessing your digital download, please contact our support team at Diosabeautyclub@gmail.com for assistance.

Lash Supplies

We accept returns or exchanges on lash supplies under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within [15] days of delivery.
  • Items must be free from damage, unless they arrived defective.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used lash trays, adhesives, tweezers, or other lash tools due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit or replacement item (no cash refunds).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email clear photos and your order number to Diosabeautyclub.com within [3] days of receiving your package.

Order Cancellations

  • Digital products cannot be canceled after purchase.
  • Lash supply orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed for shipping.
